Shetland Roving

In late fall and early winter, we select unsold fleeces to be processed into Shetland roving. These fleeces are processed at Wooly Knob Fiber Mill. They do a fantastic job with Shetland wool and we have been consistently pleased with their work.

We have rovings available in a variety of natural colors: black, dark gray, light gray, white, cream, and a wide range of browns (from very light golden brown to very dark brown.) Please call or e-mail us to confirm availability, obtain roving samples, and arrange for shipping. All rovings are priced at $1.50 per ounce. We do sell one-pound balls of roving for $24.00!

New for 2007 - roving in swirls of Black and White, Black/Gray/White, Brown and White, Brown/Tan/White. These natural colored swirls spin up into unique and gorgeous yarn! These rovings are also priced at $1.50 per ounce, with one-pound balls selling for $24.00.
